Burnt Truffle.
After a few great years at Sticky Walnut, we decided to open a second bistro. With no support from the banks, we launched a crowdfunding campaign through Kickstarter and Twitter. Over £100,000 was raised thanks to 891 backers and Burnt Truffle (name decided by Twitter) opened its doors in Heswall on the Wirral in July 2015.
